Meet The Staff

Ann has been a Prosthodontic dental assistant for over 40 years and feels privileged to have met so many wonderful patients. She takes pride in being able to use her expansive knowledge to help people improve their dental health. When she is not at the office, she enjoys playing golf, walks, and just being outdoors. She is a big sports fan who enjoys cheering on our Minnesota teams. Her husband, Dave, and her have 2 wonderful sons, Erik and Ryan, and a handsome little Cairn terrier named Jax.

Aly began dental assisting in Illinois while finishing his undergraduate degree in physiology at Loyola University Chicago in preparation for dental school. We are thrilled he is working with us until he starts his next phase of education to become a dentist. Aly enjoys being part of the process of patients receiving the smile they have been dreaming about. When he is not in the office, he enjoys working out at the gym, hiking in the great outdoors, and spending time with family, friends, and especially his cat, Shere Khan!

Dra. Milagros Guevara brings over 40 years of outstanding dental experience from her native Venezuela. She is a proud graduate of the Universidad Central de Venezuela, one of Venezuela’s oldest and most prestigious universities, where she earned her dental degree at the School of Odontology. Throughout her career, Dra. Guevara served patients with compassion, skill, and unwavering commitment, building a reputation for clinical excellence and personalized care. Now joyfully retired from her private practice, Dra. Guevara is thrilled to join her son, Dr. Luis Delima, the handsome prosthodontist (biased opinion of a mother) at Advanced Reconstructive Dentistry. She’s passionate about returning to the heart of patient care, eager to support the team with her mastery of oral health techniques and her warm, nurturing presence. Outside the clinic, Dra. Guevara loves cooking family-favorite recipes, sewing thoughtful creations or repairing our worn scrubs, and showering affection on her beloved granddaughters, bringing that same joy and attentiveness into every aspect of her work. Excited to be part of the Advanced Reconstructive Dentistry family, Dra. Guevara is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels comfortable, cared for, and confident in their smile, just as she has done for more than four decades.

Jennifer is the Office Administrator for Center for Prosthodontic Care. She has been with the practice since 2005 and has over 3 decades of experience in healthcare fields. She feels very fortunate to be part of such a wonderful team of dental professionals who share in the philosophy of patients as a priority. When she’s not working, her husband and her enjoy spending time at their property on the north shore and cavorting with their covey of grandchildren. She is also an avid reader and loves jigsaw puzzling.

We are so delighted and honored Tracy has chosen to finish out her more than 30-year dental career at our office! She has covered for Jennifer’s absences in the past and recently decided to join us on a permanent basis. It only took us over a decade to convince her! Tracy’s compassionate and attentive care of patients is unparalleled and what has always drawn us to her. Tracy loves traveling and gardening. But what brings her the most joy is spending time with
her family and spoiling her 4 curious and spirited grandchildren.
